Late Payments
Rent is due at the first of each month. Payments submitted after the 10th (tenth) of each month will be considered delinquent, and a late fee will be charged for each occurrence. Refer to the Baggins End Lease Terms and Conditions for more information.
Online Statements
Electronic statements generated from the UC Davis Student Accounting Office include housing charges. Students may log into their UC Davis account (link to sisweb.ucdavid.edu) to view their current account balance, current charges, and any refunds. NOTE: only UC Davis students have the right to access their accounts, but students may elect to give parents, guardians and/or others access to their accounts in order to make payments.
