Tercero Area Phase II
Student Housing will begin building the next phase of the "Tercero South" project in spring quarter of 2009. This phase will add three new buildings to the southern end of the Tercero Area, adjacent to Kearney and Laben Halls. Students living in the Tercero Area may experience minimal impact during construction.
