Expansion Projects
UC Davis Student Housing is expanding! Plans are under way to build three new residence halls in the Tercero Area of Student Housing, and to renovate the Oxford Circle dining commons (OCDC) in the Cuarto Area. Upon completion of the OCDC,the Castilian dining commons will be closed and its space redeveloped. Student Housing is also preparing to break ground on a new Segundo Services Center, which will bring state-of-the-art upgrades to Student Housing's academic programming.

Tercero Construction Webcam
Student Housing positioned a webcam in the Tercero Area in order to broadcast the construction site live online! Follow along as the newest UC Davis residence halls are built - open the webcam window to view the Tercero area. Users can also control the camera - pan and zoom! - right from their computer.
