Cable Television
Student Housing’s Media Resource Center operates the Student Housing cable network television broadcast. Available in all residence hall rooms for no additional cost, the cable television broadcast includes an assortment of popular local and cable television channels, and four Student Housing Television (SHTV) channels. SHTV channels broadcast information about student housing and university events, resources and information; live broadcasts of midterm and final review sessions held in the Media Resource Center’s studio; and academic programming that compliments particular UC Davis coursework. SHTV also broadcasts full-length feature films and movie trailers for the month’s featured films.
