Submitting a HelpDesk Request

Submitting a HelpDesk Request is one of many ways to contact the Residential Computing Assistants (RCAs) in order to get computing help. The online form is easy to fill out and allows requests to be sent even when the RCAs are not holding office hours.

To submit a HelpDesk Request for the RCAs please use the following instructions:

  1. Login to MyUCDavis
  2. Find the My Student Housing channel and click on Submit/Review My Computer Help Tickets
  3. Follow the instructions for submitting a HelpDesk Request and an RCA will contact you in a timely manner
