Application Process: Tri-Cooperatives
To apply to live at one of the Tri-Cooperatives, follow these instructions:
- Review a sample Lease Agreement
- Download and read:
- the Lease Regulations
- the Terms and Conditions
- the Constitution
- the Handbook
- Download and read the Application and Questionnaire
- Fill out the Application and Questionnaire completely
- Submit the application to Student Housing
Annual lease agreements are effective August 1 of each year. Applicants may download, complete and print the Tri-Cooperatives lease and sublease forms; lease agreements are not valid until all parties agree to and sign the lease. New residents are selected by current members. Students who are interested in learning more may call or visit any of the cooperatives.
