Announcements for and communication with the residents of Orchard Park and Solano Park will be made available on the Communication with Orchard Park and Solano Park Residents webpage.
Student Housing has extended the residence hall application deadline to August 12 at 10am in order for select students to make updates to their preference sets. While the deadline extension applies to all residence hall applications, only some applications require updates.
STUDENTS WHO NEED TO UPDATE THEIR APPLICATION received an email on July 29 notifying them that they need to log in and update their preference sets. If you did not receive an email, you do not need to update your preference sets. Once you’ve logged in, you only need to update your preference sets if “Please select” is listed in any of the preference set fields.
Access to RoomSync has also been extended to August 12 at 10am.
Residence hall assignments will still be made available by late August as originally scheduled.
SHA Self-Selection Process Update
Due to the unexpected popularity of the apartment self selection module, Student Housing is releasing additional beds to meet demand. Read the full SHA Self-Selection Process Update for more information.
The Student Housing main office has been temporarily relocated to the Room 1200 of the Segundo Services Center. The move is necessary in order to facilitate renovations that address an aging Student Housing Administration Building while reconfiguring office space to address changes to the business operations of Student Housing.
The office relocation is anticipated to last until February 2015, at which time the main office will move back to its permanent location at 160 Student Housing.
